Any reproduction, representation, modification, or substantial extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from the operator is prohibited.

The official study guide, “Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship”, is published by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and remains subject to Crown copyright and its own terms of use.

Personal Data

How personal data is collected and processed is described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to the operator as a business established in France, and with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions available to Canadian consumers in their province or territory.
