Refund Policy
Rules that apply to purchases of digital content and access on MapleTest. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Scope
These rules apply to the paid access and digital content purchased on mapletest.app. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
2. Your Right to Cancel Digital Content
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, purchases of digital content normally carry a 14-day cancellation period. Because access is granted immediately, you are asked to consent to supply starting straight away and to acknowledge that, under regulation 37, the right to cancel is lost once access has been provided. If you have not yet accessed the premium content, you may still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
3. Requesting a Refund
We want the experience to match our commitments. If a confirmed technical issue prevents access to the service, or the digital content is not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may request a refund. Requests should state the purchase date, the account email address, and the reason.
4. How Requests Are Handled
Each request is reviewed individually. If a refund is granted, it is issued to the payment method used for the order, through Stripe, within the usual banking time frames. Where a refund is not warranted, an alternative (technical support or extended access) may be offered.
5. No Outcome Guarantee
MapleTest helps with study and recall. It does not guarantee a passing citizenship test result, citizenship, or any government outcome. MapleTest is not affiliated with the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or any government body.
